Rates

Base

• Citizen: $250 + 1.5% of active balance
• Mayor of another town: $1,000
• Renunciant in waiting period: $500

Land

• Residential: 0.5% of purchase value
• Commercial: 1.2% of purchase value
• Apartment: $100 flat rate
