Staff Rules

These rules are set out for all staff members representing AlterraHQ to follow. This document may also be known as the Staff Code of Conduct.

1. Must follow server rules

All staff are expected to follow the normal server rules, just like the players have to.

2. Must not abuse permissions

All staff are expected to not misuse their permissions to gain an advantage over players.

3. Must always be respectful

All staff must handle situations respectfully, trying to disarm hostile conversations.

3. Must keep 2FA always active

All staff must have two-factor authentication active to protect the server from bad actors.
